APPLICATION FORM: Applicants must pay the sum of Four thousand Five hundreds naira (₦4,500.00) only before completing the application process on this platform. The link to commence application is found below.
- Candidates/Parents are advised to read the brochure carefully before filling the application form
- You can start New Application (If you are just coming) or continue Application (If you have started the application before and have your ID for the current session).
- At the end of the application process, you are expected to print out your form and other documents
- The form must be accompanied with the following: a photocopy of the non-refundable processing fee receipt and a certificate of medical fitness
- Any candidate who fails to turn up for the exam on the examination date shall forfeit his/her non-refundable fee.
